A few months before your wedding, we’ll schedule your Planning Meeting. This is where we build the foundation for an unforgettable celebration.

During this meeting we’ll:

• Review your reception timeline from start to finish.
• Discuss your music preferences and must-play songs.
• Go over special dances, announcements, and important moments.
• Introduce you to the Vibo planning app and show you how to use it to organize your music, requests, and event details.
• Answer any questions you have about your reception.
